The Scam of the Century

Has anyone else noticed that the Timeshare that you purchase will never increase in value? It is rather like a car. Once you drive it off the lot, it decreases in value. Timeshares never go up in value regardless of what the Corporations say. The price to buy Timeshares is going through the roof. Beware of the sellers who desire to get into your timeshare portfolio that you have been building for over 30 years. They want to break that and get you into debt again.

Beware the Wyndham Timeshare Sharks. They are the best at what they do.

Warning! Travelers Beware

A Timeshare Purchase is a lifetime responsibility. Rather like buying a car that is only available to you for 1 week out of the year, but the payments go on and on. The value goes down. They are only a great idea if you use them. The one thing that everyone must remember is that until Federal Regulations kick in and make it illegal for the sale of air that these purchases will always be scams. Timeshares remain yours forever even after you die and will become a burden on your descendants. From experience, I have learned that anything that has no value to the seller is not worth buying.

If you insist on attending the sales meetings always remember that they are not your friends and do not care if you cannot afford what they are selling. They just want your name on the dotted line.

Schedule your owner's meetings in the AM before having cocktails. Never agree to a sales meeting while consuming alcoholic beverages. Always remember that you have 3 business days to change your mind. Keep your credit cards hidden and never flash cash. Make sure that your kids are in the care of someone you trust so your attention will not be divided. They will prey on every single weakness and take advantage of each opening into your wallet. They are well trained. Nothing they say is legal. Make sure that the papers they give you are in order and not all helter skelter and unorganized. There is method in the madness of how they give you the paper unstapled and loose.
