Always remember that you have 3 business days to change your mind. Keep your credit cards hidden and never flash cash. Make sure that your kids are in the care of someone you trust so your attention will not be divided. They will prey on every single weakness and take advantage of each opening into your wallet. They are well trained. Nothing they say is legal. Make sure that the papers they give you are in order and not all helter skelter and unorganized. There is method in the madness of how they give you the paper unstapled and loose.
